Checking for photographs of the pub, I can see that some show an outdoor clock at the top of the building's facade, where others do not. So we need to work out whether clock present or clock absent is the correct current state.

There is a house here: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/795671591/ For them, this is an access road. That said, I think the way needs a bit of looking at, given that the gates have been changed.
3~ 1 day agocommentedmackerski
♦721
Somebody has retagged this as a cycle path. That leaves open the possibility that the vehicular access to the house has been incorrectly removed, so leaving note open.

There is ambiguity on the street address of McSweeney House. Its own name plate says "Berkeley Road", our current address interpolation run for Berkeley Street has a number 14 inside the building (dont' know where we got that) and, if we accept that Berkeley Avenue is where Road becomes Street, the building straddles both road names about 50-50.
2~ 1 year agocommentedVictorIE
♦3,059
Berkeley Avenue is the divider according to the council's roads schedule. The building owner uses a Berkeley Street address for the building. https://cabhru.ie/chas-properties-dublin as do the large number of news articles. I can only assume I got the street numbers from a survey.

Yes, it’s worth awaiting the new building - we may want to resolve the note, since that relates to the address of a building that won’t be coming back in the same form.

How can you be sure that the pattern continues? Remember that this seems to be a renovation with new subdivision. Very often, abc numbers are used in these cases. If you have a source for this, fine, but don’t make a wild guess

I don't think this exit can be exit number 2, Coolock Lane because: 1. This exit doesn't lead to Coolock Lane. 2. There is another exit further north which is also mapped as exit number 2.
2~ 1 year agocommentedDeBigC
♦673
1. The exit connects directly to Coolock Lane. The name is carried over from the older road that got split in the late 1980s to construct the N1. The two remnant roads are not signed, but still called Coolock Lane by locals.. confusing yes 2. The exit is indeed J2. J1 is down in the port, and J3 is at Ballymun. Perhaps you are confused as most people don't know that this is the M50
3~ 1 year agocommentedVictorIE
♦3,059
I largely concur with DeBigC. However, the signage (slightly confusingly) says Coolock, not Coolock Lane.
4~ 1 year agocommentedgogorm
♦91
I'm not sure if you understand what I meant, the note is maybe not very clear about this. To be clear, this note was intended to be read in the context of https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1265025672 . The issue I have is how the exit number assigned to it in OSM is identical to the exit number of https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1417050039 It doesn't make sense to me that both exits are numbered the same.
5~ 11 months agoclosedmackerski
♦721
Agreed - there is no number on the signs leading to this exit to N1 and City Centre. I've removed the ref as there's no basis for attributing a number to this exit.
