Da wurde wohl für jeden POI ein neues Gebäude eingezeichnet, anstatt den POI einfach als Punkt ins alte Gebäude reinzusetzen. Das gibt es in der Form hier noch öfter. Es scheint ein gut gemeinter aber letztenendes versemmelter Versuch von inddormapping zu sein.
