There are further houses beside Bell Avenue, Firmin Walk, Hancock Way, Vipan Way, Fairbrass Way, and the south side of Gipps Avenue that still need to be added. As construction continues there'll still be more to add. I reckon that the connection between Hancock Way and Fairbrass Way will be complete some time in Spring 2023.

I've assumed that it also applies to Towner Close and Littledale that are accessed from Poppyfields, but I'm unclear whether it applies to Ruglys Way, given that it can also be accessed from Tatchell Drive. I can't see a clear enough image of the entrance to Tatchell Drive in the Mapillary imagery to see whether there's a 10 mph sign there too. So I'll leave this open to check that.
