way to south-east is already maked as private for motor vehicles (and permissive otherwise); what kind of barrier is there?

yes, this way i gues is private notnonly for vehicles and for people as well, as there is a openable plastic barrier, looks like a way to someone house / land

For all purposes that part should be treated as a private land. The road Put Duilova is public land until the fence. Then after that its a mix of private property and property in ownership of republic of Croatia. Since there is fence at the entrance and and olive garden there, I belive that that is private property in complete or at least property ocupied by the family that owns other parts that are not owned by Rep. of Croatia. Vrgoračka road is again public property with free access. The dotted line that connects the Vrgoračka road to Put Duilova that passes bellow the row of houses is owned by a public company so it is passable by foot and bike. The dotted line that connects them the shortest is i believe over private property and fenced in. The ownership data is from public database called uredjenazemlja dot hr
