From there a few hundred meters back to via Roma then cross the river Tronto via the SS16. There is a cycle/pedestrian bridge in the planning from Martinsicuro to Porto d'Ascoli, but that will be the end of the decade, optimistically. Maybe a cycle aficionado or a trekker locally can inspect this.

♦8,026		The point is already marked with crossing=no since it is not official and technically not legal although used a lot. The cycle routes go here because there is no alternative and no one bothered to design them better or build proper infrastructure. The closest actual "legal" crossing is the train station, but there aren't any proper paths from it to here. I am not sure if cycle routes should just get rerouted along the roads (pretty sure the signage will be wrong then). The only non-highway route is to go all the way to the beach and via forest paths.
