Fixed bollards to prevent casual parking, with gap for access by council (presumed). Odd signage about "land is being used with permission of BHCC ... permission may be withdrawn at any time." Only walked footpaths, so didn't survey the building.

StreetComplete insists on using the camera rather than uploading random photos for spam protection, and I hadn't realised it chopped the quality so much. However, I'll be round there in the next week or two to survey because there a lot of house numbers missing from Kirby Drive.
