Well, while I currently cannot verify whether this is the actual location of the monkey enclosures, I can be pretty sure. I found a map provided by the San Antonio Zoo. I think that the location on the SAZ website pretty much matches up. If anybody would like to double check this, I will provide the link below. If you are sure that this is the correct location, please feel free to resolve this! Thanks y’all for making OSM a better place!

I suppose it doesn't matter as you've resolved the note, but for reference the "red" color of the street does NOT relate to walkability whatsoever. Pedestrian infrastructure in Austin is all represented with sidewalk ways, separate from roads. (Some roads do have sidewalk tagging information as well but I am slowly organizing and merging this information, and in any case, those tags have not changed on these roads anytime recently.) Just... so many questions!

For example, see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:proposed and the discussion page - which still has no consensus. But in this case, it is a major project, and clearly verifiable source-wise, so that's not the real issue. Being a major and probably THE most major proposed line of Project Connect, with the way it will go to the airport, it will almost certainly be built, even if a ways out (and more expensive). So on that, I personally find a lot of value in seeing the outlines of future roads and railways - I find it useful information. If others agree (and judging by the way Austin as a local community often maps proposed features like this, I suspect enough agree to make this make sense), then leaving it is fine. So, I'm good to resolve this, for now.

First, where the road splits and "joins" Lipan Trail is a private driveway and is gated. Also at the split the road ends and is a shared driveway for 2001 and 2003 Mestena Trail. Where I dropped the note is the end of the road. It does not continue in front of 2003 Mestena Trail. The second issue is the water location. It does not run through 2003 Mestena Trail. It is to the East of both 2001 and 2003. The water runs through the middle of 1901, 1903, and 1905 lots, almost exactly where the address are shown on the map. The water runs parallel to Lipan trail to the point where it crosses under the high tension power lines.

One seems to be the "A" building, and one seems to be the "B" building. It's not clear where the classes, specifically, are offered. What's more confusing, the location here seems to offer more than just the classes. They also do blood donations and perhaps some other admin tasks. So I'm not sure 1) how to properly tag the buildings, both address-wise and name-wise, and 2) whether or not the website given, which goes straight to the "take a class" option, should be used for the buildings as a whole. Usually when I'm mapping more rural waterways there's always some old ranch with a long-dammed up "[Ranch or Family Name] Lake" along the stream. This is probably the same!
