♦385		Added - I don't see a problem with adding addresses from anonymous noters... as long as the road, city, state, and zipcode make sense logically and geographically, I feel it's unlikely they would go so far as to open a note if the unit number weren't also correct. /shrug. It's still adding 4/5 pieces of data that we know are correct and weren't on the map prior, so it's an improvement over nothing.

Well, while I currently cannot verify whether this is the actual location of the monkey enclosures, I can be pretty sure. I found a map provided by the San Antonio Zoo. I think that the location on the SAZ website pretty much matches up. If anybody would like to double check this, I will provide the link below. ♦0		Just looked at the open street map. It now appears to be correct. The lane underneath the X is now red, which I assume means unwalkable. It used to be marked as walkable at that point, which isn't right. I don't know how upload photos in this forum.

♦0		I actually did walk on the side of the red lane underneath the 51st street bridge and it is super scary. It's basically just a concrete slope and a ledge to hold the guard rails. I'm going to resolve this now.

♦385		When you say it was "marked walkable" can you elaborate? Was this through some 3rd party app? I suppose it doesn't matter as you've resolved the note, but for reference the "red" color of the street does NOT relate to walkability whatsoever. Pedestrian infrastructure in Austin is all represented with sidewalk ways, separate from roads. (Some roads do have sidewalk tagging information as well but I am slowly organizing and merging this information, and in any case, those tags have not changed on these roads anytime recently.) Just... so many questions!

I found there is a business called "Rancho Parco" (https://ranchoparco.com) which is, wild guess, probably based out of this building, but it also seems to be the owner's private residence. ♦385		I think I agree. There's some grumbling that proposed features don't belong on OSM since they are not (yet) physically there. For example, see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:proposed and the discussion page - which still has no consensus. But in this case, it is a major project, and clearly verifiable source-wise, so that's not the real issue. Being a major and probably THE most major proposed line of Project Connect, with the way it will go to the airport, it will almost certainly be built, even if a ways out (and more expensive). So on that, I personally find a lot of value in seeing the outlines of future roads and railways - I find it useful information. If others agree (and judging by the way Austin as a local community often maps proposed features like this, I suspect enough agree to make this make sense), then leaving it is fine. So, I'm good to resolve this, for now.

I'm not sure if you mean to imply that McGarr Family Cemetery is another name for this same location, but I can't find record of it. Even in the memorials there are dozens of Adamses and only one single McGarr, who was buried there very recently in 2010.

If what they're talking about is in that 2% of doubt, let's let them open another note with more specifics.

(The map on the same website shows the incorrect name "Hooks & Hodges Road" because it uses the map from openstreetmap.) Some of the street signs which are installed at this street use the correct spelling "San Felippo Road" while others use the spelling "San Filippo Road". The spelling "San Felippo Road" seems to be correct; that is the spelling which the appraisal district uses and if you enter the address at "18131 San Felippo Rd Santa Rosa TX" at https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress they confirm that "Felippo" is the correct spelling used by the postal service. First, where the road splits and "joins" Lipan Trail is a private driveway and is gated. Also at the split the road ends and is a shared driveway for 2001 and 2003 Mestena Trail. Where I dropped the note is the end of the road. It does not continue in front of 2003 Mestena Trail. The second issue is the water location. It does not run through 2003 Mestena Trail. It is to the East of both 2001 and 2003. The water runs through the middle of 1901, 1903, and 1905 lots, almost exactly where the address are shown on the map. The water runs parallel to Lipan trail to the point where it crosses under the high tension power lines.
