♦12		I looked at my CityStrides activity and a rough estimation is that you can go about 50 meters in from the south Parmer Lane sidewalk and be legal. The guard will start yelling at you before then, so you may want to make it 40 m to be safe.

♦415		Added - I don't see a problem with adding addresses from anonymous noters... as long as the road, city, state, and zipcode make sense logically and geographically, I feel it's unlikely they would go so far as to open a note if the unit number weren't also correct. /shrug. It's still adding 4/5 pieces of data that we know are correct and weren't on the map prior, so it's an improvement over nothing.
