♦346		I've generally added them with an fallback condition, which has to be usually entered manually on the opening hours value (using "||" and entering the hours after it). An example which I added on one library can be seen here: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/11252503083. If it seems hard, you can put the hours here and I or others can add them.

♦77		Both here and the nearby one (between 1E and 1D) have indeed a small wall and then a drop in height, so it's kind of like a balcony / terrasse overlooking the Bassenkyläntie, rather than a road you can walk on. There's no stairs, either. I think this whole neighborhood is pretty new so there's quite a few problems like this. I will leave this note open to check the area again before correcting.
