Das gilt auch dann, wenn es keine baulichen Hinweise auf eine Querungsmöglichkeit gibt. In Wohngebieten gilt das immer. Bei Hauptverkehrsstraßen mit viel Verkehr wie z.B. der Petersberger Straße würde ich auch nur Querungen einbauen, wo es auch vorgesehen ist, weil man da ja in der Regel nicht so einfach die Straße queren kann, vor allem nicht schwächere bzw. eingeschränkte Menschen. Grundsätzlich ist es schon üblich dies mit crossings zu machen. Ich kann jedoch das dogmatische Problem nachvollziehen. Würde es aber so machen, wie es üblich ist. | |
