So to document the situation, this one, https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/2392043906, is the cafe/bar visible in the photo at https://www.bestwestern.fr/en/hotel-Oxford-Best-Western-Linton-Lodge-Hotel-83647, and it seems to have always been positioned correctly for that purpose. However, it has data from the 99 Gloucester Green "The Spires" cafe mixed in, which is our https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/12050789742 and its owners' https://www.thespirescafe.com/. And our node for the 99GG one has always been where it is now for its year and a bit of existence.
