I don't know what software you are using - but if you are on the openstreetmap website there should be an 'Edit' button at the top of the screen. Give it a go and ask for help if you get stuck.

If you can see your changes when you click on edit then they are there and eventually will appear. If you're satisfied that the map now shows what was in your original note, you can resolve this. (I don't generally edit roads, just buildings, so I'm not sure how much detail you can get in when adding traffic signals.)

I'm puzzled. JOSM search finds it as a multipolygon with only one member. Yet the objects panel shows two objects with multiple differences, including the two levels and a different name variant for each. When this is sorted, the website https://www.urbanpubsandbars.com/venues/punch-tavern needs adding and confirms that the correct name is just Punch Tavern (no The).

That's why I wouldn't do this as a relation. I'm happy to try to fix it like this if you agree? Or any better suggestion?

That's why it needed to be reactivated. @allan20155: to resolve a note, you need to either confirm that the present mapping is correct, or to change it yourself -- in which case it's helpful to also say what you have done. A note can't sensibly be resolved without either a brief explanation, an update to the map, or preferably both. A web search suggests this might now be either Co-Op or My Pharmacy. I suspect it's the latter because co-op probably sold it to Well but we can't map without good evidence. If you're passing some time and see which one it is, you can either update it (and then mark it as resolved) or just say what is now there, but post it as a comment not as a resolution.
