It can be accessed by the entry you mentioned on the northwest and also by these stairs: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1214306522 The entry from the south is accessible on working days. This site was completely renewed a few years ago and has been open to the public for a couple of years. I don't know why the northeast gate happened to be closed, but the private sign you mentioned might well be a relic from the past. | |
