I have also downgraded Johnston Terrace and Spittal Street to reflect that this is no longer a through route. Keeping the note open to remember to check and update this area again when the permanent layout is in place (the conditional restrictions will need updating, and Upper Bow also needs checking) | |

Estimated completion is Summer 25, although Great Junction Street looks close to completion now. |
