The way you typically address covered drive-throughs is to separate the highway, connect the portion covered to the outline of the building, and add the tag covered=yes. You added the tag layer=-1 to a couple examples here, which implies that the road would be going underground or something. See htt...
2 ~ 7 months agoApathetic_Engineer yeah... I did a couple that way based on the suggested edits then read up in the documentation because it didn't seem right. I need to go back and fix those that still have the -1 layer tag. Thanks for the tip on connecting to the outside of the building! I was manual moving nodes

Black Bayou would probably be classified as a waterway=river for most of the length you mapped. Additionally, you can also add the USGS GNIS ID from the domestic name search, perhaps to a waterway relation.

Are these signed locally with their phase numbers? Ideally the main name tag should be what's observable on the ground, and other possibly relevant names should go in one of the other name tags.
2 ~ 9 months agoApathetic_Engineer Oh, no the phase part is not included on the public facing signage. I just happened to know what phases they were. I can update is to show the general name.

For the "Edgewood at Morganfield" areas, should both feature be merged into a single feature or retain both and have the addition...

Yeah that'll definitely be the end state, though keeping it separate with landuse=construction may be appropriate for the time being.
