I am pretty sure that the Domino park has not closed https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M%C3%A1ximo_G%C3%B3mez_Park
2 ~ 6 months agoRhodez you would be right, the actual domino park landuse is still there. what i deleted was a falsely tagged node

Hysterical mascot. I have added it as an alias of Dog for the mascot map.

Nice. I added Bays as a synonym for Horse into the style file so it should get a nice icon now.

Thanks for a fix!

For reference, it was discussed for example at https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4213659

Thanks for reminding me about this sidewalk crossing. There's also a new tag that was approved in the wiki just in December, called crossing:continuous=yes that works perfectly in this situation. So I added that as well.

Hi,
you have added both not:operator:wikidata and operator:wikidata which is conflicting - I am assuming the not:operator:wikidata tag is wrong so I have removed it :).

It should probably be access=private, not access=no.

I'm a little embarrassed. Not sure how it happened.
2 ~ 3 years agoRhodez I think it was an automatic thing that iD did. No worries.

Hi, I hope you're doing well. Here, on OpenStreetMap, the "city" tag is used only for major cities. I'm going to have to change this back to "town".
2 ~ 4 years agoRhodez Please do, this was before I knew that and thought it was based of off legal designation. Thanks.

Hi,
Why did you change Heber City from a place=town to a place=city? It doesn't have the traditional hallmarks of a city like a university or a temple (though it should be getting a temple later this decade). And it doesn't even have a population of 20k yet.
2 ~ 4 years agoRhodez Hello, Heber City is legally a city according to Wikipedia and Britannica. Therefore, I changed it to city to match what it truly is. Hopefully this is a good reason, and if it isn't please tell me and I will stop with this.
Thanks, Rhode.

Hi,
Nearly every incorporated community in Utah with a population greater than 1000 is legally a city. In OpenStreetMap, we don't use the legal classifications for the place tag, but instead use a hierarchical system. So cities are more important than towns which are more important than villag...
4 ~ 4 years agoRhodez Ok, thanks for the clarification since there really isn't too much detail on the wiki page about how you would classify it. Thanks!

Hello, each individual tennis court is a task in Maproulette, so never do multiple tennis courts at the same time. It makes it so a lot of tasks have to be marked as "Already fixed" and you don't get the credit for fixing them.
