Hello,
can you please use more precise tag in stead of a catch-all note tag ?
photo url -> image=
who create it -> chanset tag author or user (and not on the object itself)
Thanks,
Marc

Hi SearchAroundBot,
Please don't add test data to the live OSM database. If you want to add (and delete) test data, use a dev server such as http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/ instead.
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OpenStreetMap's Data Working Group.
22016-08-23 15:54SearchAroundBot Hi, sorry about that. I will try to stick to a dev derver for further testing of SearchAroundBot. I take the opportunity to notify you that the current water location is now correctly placed.

About bot=yes, please see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct

The bot has been re...

The wiki page does not mention the tag. But I gives general advice for such bots, like "Your documentation should state:
Who is making the change (real name and how to contact, ideally e-mail address). Approved Bots should have a wiki page that with the name of your bot as the title. They shou...
42016-08-18 12:08SearchAroundBot Hi,

bot=yes is mentioned in that page under section "Execute with caution" in the 6th bullet point.

In my understanding the wiki page for bots is necessary if the bot is fully automated. I nevertheless just create a wiki page (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/SearchAroundBot) and ...

It says bot=yes is a "tag to the changeset", not to the objects you add. The information you have in the note should be in the changeset comment, not on the nodes itself.
62016-08-18 12:43SearchAroundBot You are right! I've moved the bot tag to the changeset and added comments in changeset as well. Thanks!
