May I point out that the proposal for these new tags was rejected?

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Fire_Hydrant_Extensions

Please don't do large scale retaggings to a not accepted tagging scheme.

Btw. source=survey is most likely wrong.
22017-10-22 08:41Viking81 Those hydrants were tagged by me with different tags for the same attribute. Now I try to uniform them, so tomorrow when we will have an approved proposal, it will be easy to change them, if needed.
Meanwhile, please look at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Fire_Hydrant_Extensi...

Hi Viking81! I just wanted to ask you if you're sure that this is a fire hydrant https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/4793419183 and not just a normal manhole cover. Plus, it was mapped a pillar/aboveground fire hydrant, but I fixed it to "underground", as can be seen using Bing street ...
42023-07-31 11:53Viking81 Yes, it is a pillar hydrant. For some reason the coordinates aren't precise. Maybe someone shifted the road but not hydrant position, or maybe simply I didn't enter perfect coordinates.
However the hydrant is there, about 20 m west, along the wall of Centro Commerciale Bennett. You can se...

DOne, I updated it, thanks to your indications I found the hydrant (I also mapped the fire hose). In the previous location I saw a manhole cover so I thought it had been mapped as a pillar by mistake.

It is strange to come across this airfield, it is mentioned in no list or database that I know of. More information is very welcome: formal name? Operator? Current state of activity?
22021-03-28 20:14Viking81 It is a field that a private uses for his own light aircraft: I personally saw this aircraft parked there.
I don't think this is an airfield open to public (in fact I used access=private) and I don't know its current state of activity.

Thank you very much! I intend to add a little descriptive, taking care to keep things as discreet as I can manage. Migliori ricordi!

The multipolygon that was created for Cartiera Latina, creates some problems. Also, roles (inner and outer) are mandatory for multipolygon relations, although the data is also interpreted without them. I will convert the multipolygon to a simple polygon to simplify the structure and to improve commo...

I have actually restructured the multipolygon rather than deleting it.
32017-07-06 15:45Viking81 Do what you think is best. Now I'm inclined to use polygons rather than multipolygons.

multipolygons are fine if you can reuse existing geometry or parts of it, but if there are adjacent polygons like the buildings in the eastern part here, you should not add the buildings but rather use only a common outline (i.e. all outside walls can create a closed polygon, do not include the insi...
