https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/723349298 was offset relative to the imagery. You can see the correct east-west alignment by looking at the road to the east on OS OpenData StreetView.

Thanks for the feedback. Apologies for the miss from my end, I will take care of this detail in verifying all the imageries to ensure road alignment in my future edits. Happy to learn from community.
