The highway tag was given as track here but in the aerial images(esri/bing) it looks like a paved road so one of our editors again changed it to service road. Please suggest if there is anything else going wrong here.

♦13,736		 Yes - looks like it's best described as a service road to me too. I'm guessing that it'll be a designated public footpath as well, but that'll need someone on the ground to check the signs.
