You put the "lanes:backward" and "lanes:forward" tags on these two one-way streets: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1156857371 and https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1156857372

A one-way street cannot have forward and backward lanes, please fix this

please use good changeset comments (see (1)). The comment "Modified Geometry #amap" is rather misleading as you didn't change any geometry.
