Hello! Please noticed: An address is part of the (main) building, not of the highway or property.

Or to express it more clearly: No addr key has anything to do with a highway.
In America, the postal code is noted on the street using tiger:zip_left and tiger:zip_right (historically by the Tiger I...

Hello, thank you for the hint, I didn't finish the correction completely. So please ignore the second version for the highway https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/435555630/history or https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/722267982/history.

Thanks for your comment. Apologies for missing to split and add the direction. I've corrected the segment directions now.

this is interesting in that along this loop, there have been placed five! nodes in the same location, ...519 down to ...514, with 515 the odd one out in that it is a nearby gate. i'm leaving this one alone for analysis, it's pretty unique.

Hi Freebeer,

As i can see, this edit was performed in the older version of OSM. I have removed the overlapping nodes. Please let us know if you have any suggestions.

blast, clicked the entirely wrong button bringing up editor Potlatch1, but i can see your repair of the multiple nodes here was, in contrast to an earlier comment i made today, totally effective.

as an aside, what you refer to as an older version of OSM is more correctly described as an earlier v...

We try to use the latest version as soon as possible. However as pointed out by you, the issue seems to persist in .4 as well. We are trying to be little more careful during edits and audit the case post edit.
