Is https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1056843378 commercial? If so what kind of commercial, offices? Because now we have building=commercial + residential=apartments which can't go together.

Why did you delete the residential area?

Hi Yourock. Thanks for your work in mapping lots of details, but one comment though. I've noticed that there are quite a few Notes showing that you have created, but you have also mapped the POI that the Note is referring to such as https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3188082 for this ATM. If yo...

You labelled w1060226297 as a house when it's actually a pool, FYI

PS, you really only need addr:housenumber and addr:street as the other addr:* fields can be inferred from the encompassing suburb relation

Looks good. It was my understand that 'Tags such as addr:country=*, addr:city=* are often redundant as features inside administrative boundaries (when mapped) "inherit" their attributes'. Though it's not strictly incorrect to have them

Hi,
The Hamilton platform numbers look wrong.
Platform 1 is normally the up line, leading to Newcastle (so this would be on the north eastern side) ... but you have tagged it on the down line leading away from Newcastle. Similar for platform 2.

Note that all the other station platforms follow...
22021-03-08 09:44Yourock17 Visit this station regulary, this changeset is correct. The numbering is based on the direction to Sydney Central (so catching a train from platform 1 from most stations in NSW will get you closer to Sydney)

Confirmed. Was looking at Newcastle as being the local centre rather than the state centre.
Platform 1 also gets you stations to Scone, Dungog etc.. further away from Sydney, so a little confusing.

Wyong Station.

Has 3 platforms. You have look to mislabeled the platform numbers ignoring the platform to the east .. which should be platform 1, then your platform 1 becomes 2 while 2 becomes 3...
22021-03-09 02:03Yourock17 My apologies, In this changeset I was only making the formatting consistent appending this changeset: https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/56481459

Ok... I'll change them as I come across them... it was confusing to have a north bound train cross to the other tracks inorder to go the the 'right' platform number.

Hi Yourock17, where did you discuss this import? See https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines for the process for importing data into OSM.

As far as I'm aware we don't have a CC BY 4.0 waiver from Transport for NSW yet, so can't use their data in OSM.
22017-11-30 13:30Yourock17 I admit I should have read the import guidelines. I don't know how to revert a changeset. Now would be a good time to revert everything since the operator of the busses is revamping the entire network so the routes and stops are now outdated. Should I map the new routes without stops included o...

In JOSM. Data > Revert Changeset. However I don't really know the area well or exactly what you've done in this changeset. Eitherway you'll need to remove the imported data until we have the waiver from TfNSW. You're free to map independently from ground survey though.

You can map out the new routes without stops, but again without a CC BY waiver from TfNSW you shouldn't just copy the routes from their map you'd need to survey this yourself independently.
